LEGO Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace is a young children's book published by DK READERS by Hannah Dolan and is a Level 2 Reader book. It retells the story of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace in LEGO format. It was released on January 16, 2012.

Plot summaryEdit

The Trade Federation has invaded the planet Naboo. Two Jedi were sent in a starship to resolve the conflict. Darth Sidious ordered their death, but they escaped and went down to Naboo to meet with the Queen Amidala. They then go to Tatooine, where they meet a young boy. He enters the Boonta Eve Classic Podrace to win parts to repair the Jedi's starship. On their way out, they meet Darth Maul. Qui-Gon Jinn then took Skywalker to meet with the Jedi High Council to see if he really is the Chosen One, but Yoda decides not to train him. The two Jedi, Amidala, and Skywalker return to Naboo to take back the planet from the Trade Federation. Skywalker pilots a starfighter into battle and destroys the Droid Control Ship, which disables the battle droid army. Meanwhile, Jinn was struck down by Darth Maul, but Kenobi was able to defeat the Sith warrior.
