LX-4 proton mine

The LX-4 proton mine was made by Merr-Sonn. It used a proton torpedo warhead attached to gravity, thermal, and magnetic sensors. Buried half a meter underground, it was programmed to explode if anything came within five meters. Due to a fiasco with the LX-2 comlink mine, LX-4s could not be disarmed, only detonated, once set.
