Lacy Devist was a female Human who was married to Carib Devist as of 19 ABY.

It was unlikely that Lacy knew her husband was in actuality a clone of Baron Soontir Fel, and was also an Imperial Intelligence agent planted on Pakrik Minor by Grand Admiral Thrawn. She had a son and a daughter with Carib, who were named Daberin and Keena Devist respectively.
