Laine Liska was a visual effects artist who contributed makeup and special effects designs for several major motion picture and television projects inlcuding:

• Battlestar Galactica
• Masters of the Universe
• Alien³
• The Day Time Ended
• Oblivion 2: Backlash.

In Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope he also doubled in the roles of Mos Eisley cantina patrons, Nalan Cheel and Muftak.
