Lakan Industries was a company that manufactured hologame tables. Lando Calrissian, owner of the YT-1300 light freighter Millennium Falcon, installed one of Lakan Industries'[1] late model tables[2] with dejarik programmed into it into the freighter at some point prior to losing the ship[1] in 10 BBY.[3]

In the current Star Wars canon, Lakan Industries was first mentioned in the 2018 reference book YT-1300 Millennium Falcon Owners' Workshop Manual, which was written by Ryder Windham.[1] The company originated in the the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in Galladinium's Fantastic Technology, a 1995 West End Games supplement for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[4]
