Learning Circle
The Learning Circle was a facility on the planet of Kegan that taught the Keganite youth the way of the General good. Students who behaved poorly were sent to the Re-Learning Circle, where they were isolated in cells and directly brainwashed by headsets.
The Learning Circle was a self-sufficient city on its own, for it was located two hours away from Kegan's capital. The school had its own recreational track, medical facilities, quads, and farmland. Moreover, the complex was protected by a series of Security Guides, walls, alarms, and watchtowers.
