The Learning Circle was a facility on the planet of Kegan that taught the Keganite youth the way of the General Good through a curriculum called The Learning. Control Guides would send students who behaved poorly to the Re-Learning Circle, where they were isolated in cells and directly brainwashed by headsets in sensory deprivation suits.[1]
The Learning Circle was a self-sufficient city on its own, for it was located over two hours away from Kegan's capital. The school had its own recreational track, medical facilities, quads, and farmland. Moreover, the complex was protected by a series of Security Guides, walls, alarms, and watchtowers. In 44 BBY, the Circle was closed when the people of Kegan realized what was taking place within its walls and ousted as V-Tan and O-Vieve as Benevolent Guides.[1]
