Leelu was a male Humanoid member of the Torgaigne crime syndicate, active on the planet Attahox during the era of the Galactic Civil War. A hulking, mute henchman of the Torgaigne gangster Vor Childermoss, Leelu was at Childermoss' side when his ship entered the mysterious section of space known as the Hellhoop in pursuit of Rebel agents Han Solo and Leia Organa. Upon entering the Hellhoop, they were all captured by a reclusive evil-worshipping cult called the Five. Once aboard the Five's ship, Leelu was brutally killed by Five member Mavin.[1]

Leelu appeared in The Pandora Effect, a 1981 comic story written by Alan Moore and published in The Empire Strikes Back Monthly 151. In the story, Leelu was drawn by Adolfo Buylla.[1]
