The Leocald Opera House was named after a former Emperor of the Tapani sector, Leocald VII. It was located in the Historical District of Estalle Island on Procopia.

It was a grand multilevel building that contained three theaters, several rehearsal halls, a dance academy, and apartments for performers. During Capital Season two or three operas were run concurrently. Performances were less frequent during the off-season.
