Lethan Twi'leks were Twi'leks who had the rarest of all skin colors: red. This was caused by a mutation in their genetic code. On Naos III, many female Lethan Twi'leks were hidden[source?].
Shakka, Alora, Kelad'den and Fa'ale Leh were Lethan Twi'leks. Senator Orn Free Taa also had one who acted as his consort and aide. B'ink Utrila was also a Lethan Twi'lek.
The Sith Lord Darth Talon of Darth Krayt's new Sith Order was a Lethan Twi'lek. Her master, Darth Ruyn, also appeared to be Lethan, although it should be noted that a number of Krayt's Sith followers sported red and black tattooing, perhaps in homage to Darth Maul.
