Liberating the Blackguard was a painting that appeared around 1 ABY, during the Galactic Civil War, supposedly created shortly after the Imperial Star Destroyer Blackguard was recovered from its mutinous captain. It depicted a rather basic blueprint-style view of the Star Destroyer from various angles.

Liberating The Blackguard is a special painting players of Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided may obtain. It is required that the player pilot to and land on the Blackguard twenty-five times. Once rewarded, it can be used as decoration in the player's home.
