Lightning Storm was a Force power that was employed by some of the Witches of Dathomir and all of the Nightsisters on Dathomir. It was used against Luke and Ben Skywalker when they were following the Sith apprentice Vestara Khai. While it did very little damage to Ben and Luke, it completely shorted out the majority of their electronics, rendering them useless. It even affected their lightsabers, though not nearly to the degree of their other electronics.
