Lightning grenade

Lightning grenade was a devastating move which combines Force lightning and Force grip. The user would use Force grip to grab a person or an object, then shoot it with lightning, and throw it high speed at a target, causing an explosion. The Emperor was a masterful user of this technique. While using lightning shield, he can lift up to 4 pieces of debris, energize them with lightning, and toss them one after another. Another such user was Galen Marek, the secret apprentice of Sith Lord Darth Vader, who would lift enemies or debris with the Force, energize them with lightning, and toss them at the enemy.
