Lilatb

Lilatb was a Yevethan naval officer of the Duskhan League. During the Yevethan Purge, Lilatb served a proctor of information aboard Pride of Yevetha, responsible for tracking enemy fleet movements via their "shadow" asset and reports from Tig Peramis.
