Linda Woolverton (b.1959) was the writer for several episodes of the Star Wars: Ewoks animated television series, which included Baga's Rival and Gone with the Mimphs. She was also the writer for Disney's popular Beauty and the Beast as well as the script for the film's broadway version. She is also credited as the co-writer for The Lion King.
