- Blooper Reel: DVD release (selecting chapter 1138 will play the blooper reel).
- 1138: Appears on the back of a B-1 battle droid pushed over by Jar Jar Binks following the Battle of Grassy Plains.
Luke's speeder can be seen when they are walking through Tatooine. When Qui-Gon uses the Force on some battle droids one of them says doh in refrence to The Simpsons

- Blooper Reel: DVD release (selecting chapter 1138 will play the blooper reel).
- 1138: Appears on the LED panel on the backs of all clone trooper helmets.
- Three TIE/ln starfighters can be seen pursuing a T-65 X-wing starfighter on Coruscant during the speeder chase.
- Three YT-1300 light freighters and an Action IV transport can be seen at the Theed Spaceport.

- Hip hop Yoda music video: DVD release (selecting chapter 1138 will play the blooper reel).
- 1138: The script refers to Clone Commander Bacara as "CC-1138".
- The Millennium Falcon can be seen arriving at the Republic Executive Building following the rescue of Palpatine.

- 1138: Luke Skywalker says that Chewbacca is a "prisoner transfer from Cellblock 1138". In the script, TK-421 is identified as THX-1138.
