Living Force: Last Stand is the final short story in the Living Force campaign. It was written by August and Cynthia Hahn and was published on the Wizards of the Coast website on February 1, 2007. It continued the saga of Darrus Jeht, following on from Living Force: One Minute to Midnight, and concluding the story arc.

Plot summaryEdit

Darrus Jeht returns to the Cularin system shortly after Order 66. Having disabled his ship's communications to prevent his clone troopers receiving their orders, they ambush two Republic vessels that are attacking starships containing fleeing Jedi from Almas. After successfully defeating them, Jeht detects the Shadowblade, a Confederate superweapon thought destroyed in a prior battle. Jeht commits his damaged ship to destroying the Shadowblade, managing to suck the ship into a time rift traveling the system as a repercussion from earlier Darkstaff activity.
