Llohm Dunney was the Vice-Regent Accountant for the Imperial Treasury who operated out of the city-spanning world of Coruscant during the Galactic Civil War. Dunney was responsible for sending out e-mails to galactic citizens who had outstanding debts to the Empire.

Llohm Dunney was first mentioned in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online-role playing game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts. Early in the game's lifespan, players could receive automated e-mails regarding fines that have not yet been paid to the Empire. Llohm Dunney's name could be seen by reading the message's signature.
