Loci Rosen was a Mon Calamari merchant as well as an officer in the Rebel Alliance. As a merchant, Loci Rosen was good willed while looking for work; however, he would always come up empty handed wherever he went. Rosen participated in the Battle of Endor, and after the victory was among the Mon Calamari celebrating in Bright Tree Village, playing a wind instrument during the festivities.
