Loje Nella was a male Riorian who worked as an accountant for Jabba Desilijic Tiure during the Galactic Civil War. He was an assistant to Mosep Binneed. However, he despised the Hutt and often messed up his own work to put Jabba in financial trouble. Loje appeared to be fairly short for a Riorian.

He was known as "Toadstool Terror" during production.[1]
Droopy McCool and Loje Nella
Loje Nella was visible in Return of the Jedi. He is between Max Rebo and Droopy McCool in the scene where Jabba discovers Leia has set Han free. When everybody laughs, you can see him bobbing around between the two band members.
In the film, Loje was a puppet head without a body such as Cane Adiss, Dice Ibegon, and Hem Dazon.
Loje's image was photoshopped on the cover of Jedi Apprentice: The Shattered Peace to portray a Rutanian. According to Leland Chee's Holocron Continuity Database, he is debating if Loje Nella is a Riorian.[2] Currently, Loje is considered to be a Riorian. However, it is possible that he is in fact a Rutanian or Senali, an offshoot species of the Rutanian.
