Lokori was the home planet to the species of the same name. It was near Ryloth and had a pleasant atmosphere. The planet had a rainy season. The capital city was Fucallpa, which was home to Helical HyperCom, a producer of personal comm devices.[1]
During the Clone Wars, as the neighboring Ryloth played host to a devastating battle, Galen Erso regarded Lokori as potentially unsafe because of its proximity to the conflict. However, when Orson Krennic offered him a job at Helical HyperCom to assist with crystal array research project overseen by the Galactic Republic, he agreed to go and move to Lokori with his family, living in Fucallpa's western district. Soon enough, a battle would be fought on Lokori between the Galactic Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems, and after the conflict destroyed most of the city and left thousands of civilians dead, the Ersos left Lokori.[1]
