Loose Cannon was a Corellian Gunship operated by a group of privateers known only by the name of this vessel.
The Loose Cannon Pirates were involved in a scam whereby the Scout Craft Ravenno lured traders into an asteroid field with the promise of black market bacta. Once the bacta exchange was taking place, Loose Cannon, accompanied by a pair of starfighters, dropped out of hyperspace and ordered the hapless victims of the scam to surrender.
However, the pirates got more than they bargained for when the Azzameen family proved too difficult to subdue. Along with several of the other pirate craft, Loose Cannon was heavily damaged, perhaps even destroyed, in the skirmish.
