Ludwin Katarkus was a Jedi Master whom took Danyawarra as Padawan.

During the Separatist Crisis, Katarkus was teamed up with Danyawarra, Everen Ettene and Halagad Ventor in a diplomatic mission to resolve the Virgillian Civil War. The Jedi transport was destroyed upon arrival at Virgillia 7, reportedly killing Ludwin. A funeral for the Jedi losses was held on Coruscant.
