The Lurathi Guard was a military order that operated during the time of the Galactic Republic. In about 700 BBY, it merged with a number of other military orders, to form the Iotran Police Force, a military force that was based on Iotra. Following the merger, the Guard continued to exist within the Police Force, as an organizational unit.
