The M8.0-StarDrive engine was a type of capital ship sublight drive built by the Mon Calamari. Four of these were used aboard the Home One type and Liberty type variants of the MC80 Star Cruiser, along with six smaller M4.5-StarDrive maneuvering engines.

While the combination of four main and six small engines matches the thruster arrangement of the Home One, it does not directly match that of Liberty, which has nine exhaust nozzles of varying sizes.
