Maediyu was a female soldier who served in the Sixty-First Mobile Infantry of the Alliance to Restore the Republic which was recruited on the planet Thession. Following the campaign on Haidoral Prime, she guarded the defecting Governor Everi Chalis and a short while later the Sixty-First's CR90 corvette Thunderstrike was attacked and Meadiyu was injured when the airlock caught fire Sergeant Hazram Namir came and saved her life and freed Chalis. She died during the attack on the planet Nakadia.[1]
