Makk was a male Sith lieutenant in the Imperial navy who was the bridge weapons officer of the Oppressor Battle Cruiser Valor that belonged to the Sith Lord Darth Malgus. Makk was one of the officers under the command of Commander Jard during and immediately after the Sacking of Coruscant.
