Malachor Company was a band of mercenaries employed by the Galactic Empire on the desert world of Er'Kit. On behalf of the Empire, the mercenaries forcibly removed citizens of Er'Kit from their homes to make way for Project Hidden Eye. Eventually, the intelligence service of the Alliance to Restore the Republic heard about the Company's activities, and Commander Luke Skywalker was dispatched to Er'Kit. With the help of a Rebel agent skilled in desert warfare, Skywalker destroyed a number of outpost used by the mercenaries.[1]
