Malarian Alliance

The Malarian Alliance was a treaty signed by representatives from four planets, including Ansion and the Malarians, in the decades prior to the Clone Wars.

The Alliance joined the worlds together in both commerce and defense. During the Separatist Crisis, Shu Mai attempted to force Ansion to secede from the Galactic Republic—hoping that the other worlds, bound by their Alliance, would follow suit, and thus adding more planets to the Separatist cause.
