A scientist and researcher, Mali Errat was an ancient Galacian of Gala. When Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn were dispatched to Gala to mediate over the election of Queen Veda's successor, Kenobi enlisted Errat's help in determining if the Queen was being poisoned.
