Mana Veridi was a red-haired female Human Jedi Knight in the waning years of the Galactic Republic.

While on Kwannot, Veridi sent a distress call to the Jedi Council who asked Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi to investigate. Having located her, they witnessed her murdered by the bounty hunter Aurra Sing who stabbed her with a lightsaber.
Her story was told to Han Solo by Obi-Wan Kenobi on the Millennium Falcon's journey to Alderaan in 0 BBY.
