Mandalore's Basilisk war droid was a customized version of the regular model, and it was customized specifically to his requirements and specifications. Mandalore the Indomitable is known to have had used it throughout the Great Sith War, such as during the Battle of Kuar and the Battle of Onderon. It was eventually destroyed during battle shortly before the death of Mandalore the Indomitable.
