During the Clone Wars, this passage was a part of a Geonosian hive on the planet Zaadja that had the corpses of dead Mandalorians. It is unknown how they got there or how the Mandalorians died, and their presence is odd since they and the Geonosians both worked for the Separatists.

Behind the scenesEdit

The cave was included by Randy Stradley as a way to tease Dark Horse forum-goer "DarthNuke," who had pestered Stradley and the other comics writers for years to include Mandalorians in a Clone Wars comic.^[source?]

Years after the events depicted in this comic, Jodo Kast salvaged Mandalorian armor from this planet. It is likely he obtained it from this cave.^[1]
