Mar Rugeyan, was the Senate Head of Public Affairs during the Clone Wars.
He was at the scene of a terrorist attack on Coruscant, during which he crossed Kal Skirata, by calling clone commando, Fi, a "grunt" after Fi had saved their lives. He further angered Skirata when he said that "only the Senator matters", not caring about the other hostages the terrorists had taken.
Despite this, he later proved useful by cooperating with Skirata and Omega Squad during a black op on Coruscant.
