Maris was the name of a boy who traveled alongside an old man claiming to be a Jedi Knight named Jocko that Han Solo helped run an Imperial blockade with at some point in his past.

As Solo was under the alias of Luke Morgavi at the time telling a story about his piloting abilities, pausing before the names, and intentionally reliving his smuggling days, 'Maris' was more likely a fictionalized version of Luke Skywalker rather than a different person.
