Marlo was an elder Hutt and a member of the Hutt Grand Council during the Clone Wars. Around 21 BBY,Expression error: Unexpected > operator. he discussed the plans to release Ziro from Republic custody with other Hutt council members including Jabba, Gorga, Oruba, and Arok, because Ziro had potentially damaging information about Hutt activities.

Personality and traits

Like most Hutts, Marlo did not have hair. He actually wore a Sha'rellian toop, a small creature that lived on his head, giving him the appearance of having hair.

Behind the scenes

Marlo is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson. Marlo is named for actor Marlon Brando, while the Hutt's appearance is based on Brando's portrayal of Don Vito Corleone in the mobster film, The Godfather.
