Martz

Martz was a captain in the Republic Navy during the Clone Wars. He commanded the Acclamator I-class assault ship Prosecutor, which was comandeered by Trandoshan mercenaries roughly one year into the war. He was presumed dead, most likely killed by the Trandoshan forces.

Martz is translated as "Stinnet" in the German version of Star Wars: Republic Commando.
