Mas Sirrah was a male Corellian and a member of the Imperial Inquisitorius.
Darth Vader assigned him and Yral Chael to Probus Tesla in order to capture Jax Pavan and I-Five. He was killed by Kajin Savaros when the Force-sensitive prodigy delivered a massive Force push that literally disintegrated Sirrah, leaving no trace of his presence.
