History
Edit
Acquired by the Rebels early in the Galactic Civil War, it was eventually equipped with advanced scanners which continuously disrupted target acquisition signals.
The corvette frequently escorted Mon Calamari Star Cruisers, and was personally assigned by Admiral Ackbar to the main Rebel fleet at the Battle of Endor.
Behind the ScenesEdit
In the Star Wars PocketModel TCG (Trading Card Game), the game piece representing the Masanya is marked with blue trim instead of the red trim previously associated with the ship. It is possible that the game piece references the ship at an earlier time.
