This Jedi was the Master of the Jedi Exile prior to the Mandalorian Wars. After the Exile had been in a heated argument with Vrook Lamar's Padawan, Vrook came to the Exile's Master and asked that she be disciplined for her actions. The Master refused, forcing Vrook to seek out Vandar Tokare to discipline the Exile, who also refused.

When the Jedi Exile repaired a protocol droid outside of Khoonda in 3,951 BBY, the droid showed her a holorecording of Vrook's complaint to Vandar in which the Exile's Master was mentioned.

The Knights of the Old Republic Campaign Guide states that the Exile had several informal masters before the Mandalorian Wars, including Kavar and Vima Sunrider. That being the case, it is possible that this character may in fact be Kavar or Vima Sunrider.
