Matare was a male Zabrak Jedi Master serving the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic during the Cold War with the resurgent Sith Empire.

BiographyEdit

A Force-sensitive Zabrak, Matare was trained in the ways of the Force by the Jedi Order. Following the Great Galactic War and the resurgence of the Sith Empire, Matare returned to the ancestral Jedi homeworld Tython with the rest of the Order and helped rebuild during the Cold War where he frequented the Masters' Retreat.^[1]

There are two Matares in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic—a Zabrak Jedi Master at the Masters' Retreat, and a human Padawan near the ruins of Kaleth.
