Matthew Sloan
From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.
Matthew Sloan is the creator of "Chad Vader", along with his friend Aaron Yonda.
[edit] Official works
Matt was, at first, never asked to do the role, due to the fact he makes fun of Vader in his films. Only when hearing it themselves, did the LucasArts team agree he was right for the role.[source?]
He portrayed Darth Vader in the 2006 video game Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. Later, Sloan reprised his role as Vader in the 2008 video games Soulcalibur IV, and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.
He also reprized his Chad Vader voice in character for the RiffTrax commentary of Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
Additionally, Matt Sloan appeared as Vader in a Star Wars-themed episode of Deal or No Deal.
