The Mechanized Assault Flyer (MAF) was a piloted, multi-purpose gunship used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars.

Characteristics

It was used for several purposes, including close-range bombardment and aerial reconnaissance. It was equipped with two beam cannons and a rear swiveling laser cannon that spun around the large disc-like posterior of the ship, as well as a cannon in each side pod below the disk.
HistoryEdit
The MAF was produced by Haor Chall Engineering, while its similarly-shaped replacement, the Heavy Missile Platform, was built by Baktoid Fleet Ordnance.
