Meetra Surik constructed her second lightsaber during their search for the Lost Jedi. She wielded the blade during the Dark Wars in the battles of Battle of Nar Shaddaa, First Battle of Onderon (Onderon Civil War), Battle of Dantooine, Second Battle of Onderon (Onderon Civil War), Battle of Telos IV, Destruction of Malachor V, and the Attack on the Sith Emperor.

In Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, the color of the blade depends of the choice of the player. However, in the Revan novel, it is described as blue.
