Mencho Tallboy was a male individual who served in the security force of the planet Wukkar. He was one of the many security guards working for the sector chief of the Black Sun, Avrak Villachor. While staying on Wukkar, the Falleen Black Sun Vigo Qazadi used Tallboy's name as an alias.
