"Lips" Meyer was a male Gran on Outland Transit Station wanted by the Outland Station Sanitary Service Union 233-34 for selling out Outland Organized Crime families for money and immunity from his past crimes. In 32 BBY, the bounties posted on him were 2000 credits alive and 1000 dead. He was captured by Jango Fett for 2,000 credits. Prior to capture by Jango Fett, he was seen on the planet Gromas.
