Mayor Mikdanyell Guh'Rantt was the mayor of Mos Eisley during the Galactic Civil War. Bib Fortuna once worked with the mayor through an intermediary. Connected to the criminal underground, he was eventually revealed as a crook by Imperial Navy Chief Moradmin Bast.
