Mike Richardson, with Randy Stradley, wrote the comics Crimson Empire and Crimson Empire II: Council of Blood. He was scheduled to also co-write Crimson Empire III, but it was canceled. In 2010, Crimson Empire III was announced to be once more in production, with Richardson and Stradley on writing.
