Mikish was the most infamous platform city on Cularin. It was also the seat of Restimar Mining Corporation, from which its mining operations on Tilnes were run.^[1]

Many of Mikish's police officers were corrupt, and they all had outside jobs of one kind or another. The city also had looser weapons ordinances than the other platform cities.^[1]

Mikish was the center of Nirama's criminal enterprises on the planet. Riboga the Hutt used to have a mansion there, and Nirama operated from that mansion when he was on Cularin^[1], as when he met with the people responsible of the death of one of his pilots in 32 BBY^[2].
