"We were a peaceful people before the Separatists drove us from our homes. And stole our moon."
"And which moon was that?"
"Millius Prime."
―An Angel refugee and Obi-Wan Kenobi[src]

Millius Prime was one of the 1,000 moons that orbited Iego, a mysterious planet[1] located on the fringes[4] of the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories.[1] It was the homeworld of the Angels,[2] a race of beautiful, luminous beings.[1] By the year 21 BBY,[5] the Confederacy of Independent Systems had conquered Millius Prime and drove the Angels from their homes.[2] The Separatists installed the primary node of a laser web on the moon's surface to prevent anyone from leaving Iego,[3] though it was later destroyed by Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, liberating the planet.[2]

Behind the scenesEdit

Millius Prime first appeared in "Mystery of a Thousand Moons," the eighteenth episode of the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars' first season,[2] which originally aired on February 13, 2009.[3] StarWars.com's episode guide for the episode clarified that it was the moon home to the primary laser web node.[3] Star Wars: The Visual Encyclopedia depicted Millius Prime[1] using concept art of the moons of Iego developed by Jackson Sze.[6]
